Best macros for gaining muscles and lose fat?

Hi,

What is the best nutrition macros carb/proteins/fat for gaining mucsle and losing fat?

And how many kcla per day should I eat?
 

Im 27 years old, 175 cm high

I workout 3-5 days a week (heavey lifting)

I typically hit the nearest McDonald's, and order two Big Macs, super size fries, super size Coke, hot fudge sundae and apple pie. Doing this twice or thrice daily keeps me lean and mean.
