What are some good healthy snacks to take when losing weight?

I have a desk job and ‘snacking’ as always been a problem for me. I do try and prepare snack to take to work with me but invariably I run out and end up with eating potato chips from the veining machine.

I’ve tried taking fruit into work but I very quickly bore of the taste end up craving some ‘junk snacks’.

What are some healthy snacks (bar fruit) that I could take to work and aren’t going to blow my calorie goals.

Nuts: like pistachios, walnuts and almonds contain 160 calories
Chips that are "popped" with heat and pressure not fried or baked; only 100 calories
Bars: high in fiber bars; contains not more than 200 calories
Fruit and Yogurt: examples are pomegranate and the so called Greek yogurt
Peanut Butter Sandwiches
Low-fat Chocolate Milk
Cheese and Crackers

Peanuts,Badam,Makana,Walnuts and rice laddu is the best option for snacks.Using Penuts we can prepare varieties of snacks peanuts chikki,peanuts chat exetra.Peanut chat is my favourite snacks  is Peanut chat .with few ingredients we can prepare peanut chat ,We need chopped onion,green chili,curry leaves,salt,lemon juice ,grated ginger and peanut .Mix it well peanut cha is ready.
